"False Positive" Ghost Photos - Page 2 |
This photo was taken in a cemetery. On the left side of the photo,
just out of the frame was a reflective no dumping street sign. Even
though the sign was not in the photo, the flashes reflection off of the
sign was enough to cause this very dramatic false positive.
This is why you really need to know the area you are photographing.
This photo was taken with a Minolta Freedom Zoom 140 EX 35mm camera with

This is an example of a lens glare halo.
This can also be cause in the dark by a bright light source in the area
of the photographer. The film used was Kodak Gold 600 speed 35mm

This photo shows what snow looks like. It
is similar to orbs but tends to be more dense. The flakes also tend

This white streak is an example of a sun streak.
You can get similar results if you are aiming your camera at a bright light
