David Juliano is the director of The Shadowlands: Ghosts and Hauntings and South Jersey Ghost Research.  He is the author of Positive Energy for Haunted Homes, Ghost Research 101: Investigating Haunted Homes, Armor of God and Ghost Hunting 101. He has been researching ghosts for over 23 years



Jamie Eachus is the Co-Director of South Jersey Ghost Research and Spiritual Medium.  She owns her own practice, The Ancient Healing Center, and conducts Angel Healing Sessions, private and group Mediumship sessions as well as a lecturer and facilitator for numerous workshops and certifications.  She is also a staff reader for 12Angel.com.

If you have ever thought about exploring the world of ghost hunting and didn’t quite know where to start or even if you are already in the field and want to further develop your knowledge and expand your hobby into working with and helping residents of private homes, this is a class not to be missed!

Ghost Hunting 101

A one day class focusing on how to safely and effectively investigate private houses

Some of the topics will include:

· Equipment Training - going over the various types of equipment used and how they really work.

· Types of Hauntings and Spirits

· Anatomy of a Typical Investigation

· Reviewing Evidence

· Classes based on the book - Ghost Research 101:  Investigating Haunted Homes by Dave Juliano



Ghost Research 101

In depth 2 day class focusing on how to safely and effectively investigate private houses

Some of the topics will include:

· Equipment Training - going over the various types of equipment used and how they really work.

· Types of Hauntings and Spirits

· Private House Investigation Procedures

· Anatomy of a Typical Investigation

· Client Care - from the time they contact us until after the investigation is complete.

· Psychic Protection - a variety of techniques to insure a positive atmosphere during an investigation.  How to protect yourself.

· Reviewing Evidence

· The Paperwork - including questionnaires, investigator reports, logs, disclaimers

· We will spend an entire class focusing on the basics of ghost hunting, the psychic aspects of it, and wrap it up with learning how to focus on clients and those that are in fear of what they are experiencing in their homes.

· Classes based on the book - Ghost Research 101:  Investigating Haunted Homes by Dave Juliano

      PLUS! An after hours ghost investigation - People who register for the VIP access will head out with Dave and Guests on an evening to visit some of areas where there  have been reports of  ghost activity.
